  • Prefilled with preservative-free saline solution.
  • Single-dose, needle-free flushing system.
  • Barrel made from a specially formulated proprietary polypropylene resin.
  • The 3 mL and 5 mL syringes have the same barrel diameter as the 10 ml syringe, designed to maintain low pressure during flushing.
  • Luer-Lock tip for a secure connection to the catheter.
  • Plunger stopper made from a latex-free bromobutyl formulation.
  • Medical-grade silicone oil on the stopper and the inside wall of the barrel for smooth, consistent stopper action.
  • Polypropylene tip cap with a Luer-Lock closure, sized for easy handling and designed to avoid touch contamination of the Luer connection.
  • Plunger rod length modified to avoid compressing the stopper after the fluid is expelled, maintaining positive pressure in the catheter to minimise reflux on disconnection.
  • Built-in backstop that prevents the plunger from being pulled out of the barrel during aspiration.
